Delivery and Returns


We endeavour to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receiving an order. Standard recorded postal delivery charge is £3.75 for delivery within the UK (excludes Channel Islands).

For orders received from outside of the UK, the following delivery charges apply: Europe and rest of the world: £5.50; Please note for non-EU destinations, any customs or import duties or other costs and/or charges levied on packages reaching their destination country are the responsibility of, and have to be paid for by, you the customer. An extra £1 will be charged for multiple items.

While Bloomin Tots Boutique takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it cannot be held responsible for the late or non-delivery by postal services or appointed carriers. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notices.



We have a no-quibble returns policy, where customers have a total of 7 days to evaluate and return their purchase, as long as it has not been damaged, used or worn (other than for trying on for size), and that no labels have been removed. The item(s) should be returned in their original packaging (i.e in a re-saleable condition).

You may return the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange at your discretion. We can however only refund to the same Paypal account used for the original purchase; if this has expired, then refunds will be made by way of bank transfer or cheque in GB Pounds only.

Where the product you received was either faulty or not as ordered then we will refund your return postal costs. We recommend that all returns are sent by registered (or ‘signed for’) post, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.
